For simple scenes, in which situations should only be documented, it is not the last bit of quality, I found the constant reworking sometimes annoying, but at least time-consuming.The 60D hits the white balance to almost 100%. Whether indoors with little or a lot of light, artificial light or outdoors with sun or shade, the result is downright impressive.
Always plan my Canon EF-S 18-200 IS has a visible weakness here, but that since then only in RAW could be corrected (easy). The 60D makes this self-same and saves to JPG without the annoying .- Resolution: In many test reports and reviews is spoken by the weaknesses of their mega zooms and sufficient and that in this case 12 megapixels. My opinion: forget it and test it yourself! The undisputed purpose of such resolutions remain in the demanding hobby area. One (1) RAW picture measly 28-30Mbyte size. Power at just 100 images 3GB scarce. Sure, storage is getting cheaper and hard drives do not cost the earth.But on a 3 year old PC, you can edit these data sets in reasonable times barely.
